    Resolution:  Approving Arthur Glick Truck Sales, Inc. Mortgage wit Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in an amount not to exceed $3,112,000

    Resolution:  Approving Addenbrooke refinance with Catskill Hudson Bank in an amount not to exceed $231,776.58.

    VIII.           ADJOURN MEETING 

    Immediately after the IDA meeting is adjourned, the Governance Committees of the IDA and the Sullivan County Funding Corporation (Mr. Steingart, Mr. Barbuti, and Ms. Loughlin) will meet for the annual meetings.
