REVOLVING LOAN FUND COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Monday, February 8, 2016
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mr. White called to order the meeting of the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency Revolving Loan Fund Committee at approximately 12:06 pm, in the Legislative Committee Room at the Sullivan County Government Center, Monticello, New York.

III. NEW BUSINESS
Mr. White referred to the request from David Appel for additional loan funding of $20,000 to assist the Krispy Apple. Committee members and other Board members discussed the project and agreed that the applicant, who is two months behind in making loan payments, must bring the existing loan current. All three committee members, Mr. White and Mr. Sykes voted in favor of lending the additional funds, on the condition that the existing loan be brought to current status.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
On a motion made by Mr. White and seconded by Mr. Sykes, the committee meeting was adjourned at approximately 12:23 pm.
