Resolution: Paramount Termination – Authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a deed, bill of sale, and related documents conveying real and personal property located in the Town of Liberty from the agency to Paramount Realty Associates LLC and recorded with the office of the clerk of Sullivan County.

Resolution: Approval of First Quarterly Payment to the Partnership for Economic Development.
Approval: Payment of State Required IDA Tax.
