RECONVENED MEETING MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Steingart called to order the reconvened meeting of the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency’s Personnel Committee at approximately 11:00 am, at Garigliano Law Offices, 449 Broadway, Monticello NY.

III. OLD BUSINESS
Chairman Steingart asked for a motion to enter executive session to discuss matters leading to the employment of a particular person at the Agency.
On a motion made by Mr. Siegel and seconded by Mr. Sykes, the committee entered executive session at approximately 11:00 am.
On a motion made by Mr. Rieber and seconded by Mr. Siegel, the committee came out of executive session at approximately 12:05 pm.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
On a motion made by Mr. Siegel and seconded by Mr. Sykes, the committee meeting was adjourned at approximately 12:05 pm.
